The design of this house experiments with harnessing the forces and effects of nature, resulting in a private residence that changes in flux with the seasons. Located just steps away from Lake Ontario in Toronto’s Beaches neighbourhood, Maison Glacé incorporates ice not only as an asthetic choice for the facade, but a functional passive energy component of the design.
