Optimizing a vacant lot within a major transit area, this project leverages the existing infrastructure and public services to support residential and employment growth in alignment to the city’s housing goals of 20,500 residential units by 2041. It aims to provide a diverse range of housing options for current and future residents while creating a vibrant streetscape along Plains Road East and Cooke Boulevard with active retail and landscaped areas, encouraging walking, cycling and public transit.
