Formerly a Canada Post station northwest of Keele Street and Victory Drive, the project is in an growing neighbourhood in North York. The nearby development of Humber River Regional Hospital was the catalyst for the renewal of the entire MTO campus at Keele and Highway 401, initiating an expected boost to the local community through economic impact and greening along Wilson Avenue. The project is strategically adjacent to public transportation, activating Wilson Ave, Keele St, and Sheppard Ave with it’s commercial spaces at ground level.
