In an area characterized by existing regional and local Healthcare Hub and a need for a compact, walkable and well-connected community, this project envisions the site to be a catalyst for sustainable growth, incorporating context-sensitive design and green design principles. The development features two buildings, a high-rise and a complementary mid-rise that shapes the urban boulevard to create a new neighbourhood park, strengthening the human connection to natural systems, transportation networks, and consideration for existing and future developments.
